REFUND POLICY:
We don’t accept returns since the product is food product. We assure you that you receive the fresh and any problem related to the quality of the product. If you observe any unpleasant smell or undesirable taste you can contact our support team and explain the issue. Then the discussion will be held and they will help you accordingly.
1.Returns:
Unfortunately, We can’t offer you a refund or exchange for perishable food products unless the parcel/products defective or damaged in transit. To eligible for return due to damages, We require a proof of the parcel with original packing like how you received it.
2.Refunds(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/ message notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method
